Full skirt encourages you to spin around and the collar in front turns into a beautiful scarf that drapes elegantly down your back (see pics). shakorishakes @ktthatsme999 I'd day it is true to size. The skirt is full and flow-y. Because of it's shape, it is very forgiving with hips. I am more of a 16 tops /18 bottoms, and it fit great. It would also work on a straight 16 or someone with narrower hips.
