Material is 96% rayon 4% spandex. The length is 43.5" for all sizes. The waist measures (when laid flat): 13" for the Small, 14" for the Medium, and 15" for the Large. No trades.

livianna@kelshigs999 The smallest size is "Small" and the waist is 13 inches when laid flat. The length of the small is also 43.5 inches but it does have a waist band fold over that would take almost 6 inches off the length.
