persuasions @helenfrieman when measured laying flat from the front center of the top (above the chest) straight down to the bottom hemline it 26.5" inches in length. Normally length is taken from the highest point in the shoulder to the bottom hem but being an on/off shoulder top I felt it best I measure from the front mid-center of the top. persuasions @rohmann hi huni. 💞 this is 26.5" inches when measured laid flat from the top center front of the top (top hem above bust line) down to the bottom hemline. Normally length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hemline but being this is an on/off shoulder top I measure it from the middle center to bottom hem. Hope this helps.
