Love this beautiful halter maxi dress from Forever 21. Only worn a few times and trying to clean out my closet, but this dress is so comfortable! Great with heels for shorter girls (I'm 5'4" and it hits the floor) or flats for taller girls! Definitely makes a statement without being too loud.

marysings333 @beachbumstj I just saw this comment! My apologies! I will measure the length but I am 5'4" and this dress is long on me. My bra size is 34B and it fits me nicely so I'm not totally sure how it would fit for you. It's definitely a low cut neck but I can measure how big the top cups are so you can get an idea.
