Hi! I'm Sissy, a Posh Ambassador. I'm a wife to a wonderful man and a mom to our amazing girl. I work in a trauma center. Posh is my fun outlet--so different from illnesses and injuries. Posh has allowed me to stumble across those things I missed out on in the stores. You know, 'cause I had to "think about it". muddypuddles Hi there, @nlenz. Thank you for reaching out. I was concerned 'cause I noticed that particular buyer's reviews to their sellers were negative. Many of the sellers commented back, one as far as telling her to never purchase from her again. I had an exact scenario. I sold a like-new item, wrapped, bow & card,. The buyer wrote a lengthily complaint outright accusing me of "cutting off" destroying the ribbons to the sweater before sending it to her. Crazy!

muddypuddles @donnastreasures The shipping or tracking info is updated by the US postal service. I get frustrated with my local post office because they take over 24 hours sometimes to update. I like constant updates so my buyers can track what I've sent. It's so frustrating!!!

muddypuddles @gaydosmelissa If the buyer received your item and they hit the "accept" button or if they rate your item, Posh will release your fund at that time. Otherwise, Posh gives the buyer 5 days to do nothing so to speak, then they release your funds. I don't like that system because some can potentially use/wear your item then before the five day period give you a negative rating, etc.

stacey1225 I haven’t heard from Poshmark yet, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if they say no to returning them. What I don’t understand is how YOU didn’t know that the bottom part of both pockets had been cut completely off?! I can touch my knee cap when I put my hand in the pockets. If I remember correctly, you said this particular pair of Levi’s you wore personally? Do you not inspect each item that you sell and especially being a Poshmark Ambassador!

I’d never intentionally sell damaged items. I had two experiences where I received items that had a hole and a broken zipper. Posh was very prompt in sending me a return label; was reimbursed right away. You will have no problem getting refunded considering the damage to the item. I hate that this happened, I truly apologize.

I didn’t try them on until later that night and that’s when I discovered the pockets had holes in them. They said as a one time courtesy they would approve it but to not accept a package until I had examined it. 🙄🙄
