jessm123 If I didn't already have this skirt in the same size I would jump on this- my bridesmaids wore the strapless dress version of this print and I got a skirt for myself to go with it. My seamstress put pockets in it for $20- said it was very easy because of the fullness. Someone needs to buy this!

ericsmarta @lchu Sorry that it took me a couple of days to respond! The waist measures 14 inches laying flat. I'm 5'5, 125lbs, size 2/4 with 28in waist and it is just too snug after baby was born!
