ladyluxe@ericah84 the waist measures 12.5" across, the leg opening is 4", the inseam is 30". I think it best fits a 2-4 but if you don't mind it not being super fitted I would recommend it.

ladyluxe@kcramer15 I'm all out of small but it sounds like you're a 2-4 and I would recommend a M. I just tried on a medium and it's a similar fit to a small since these leggings are like a second skin.
