This is a gorgeous statement piece! Unfortunately, a few of the silver sequins at the bottom of the shirt were missing when purchased. Other beaded elements seem well attached. There is an outer layer of tulle. The top is loose fitting at the bottom. There is a ribbon tie in the back, that just needs ironing. Never been worn. 100% polyester (exclusive of decoration).

@braxtontx Absolutely! The length is 27 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the mesh/tulle or 19 inches from the neckline to the bottom of the mesh/tulle. The underlayer is about 1 inch shorter than that. The bust measures 35 inches, but the bow in the back may be tied to accommodate smaller chests.
