fondfarewell @mdebray24 Hello, yes, I just took measurements on a small. The bust, laying flat, was 18" across and the waist was 13".

fondfarewell @jburth1 This is how the small looks on the mannequin. Her waist is 27" and I just got it zipped up. The shorts don't really have any stretch, so if you might be borderline, I would suggest sizing up. The torso measures 29" basically between the S and M.
