This beautiful Sterling silver ring features braided detail around the entire band, and a beautiful oval opal center stone. This is a one of a kind item, signed with the jeweler's initials. Wear a piece of art! Has been worn a few times, well taken care of, band has normal wear. Small, Light surface scratch on stone (see last photo). Barely noticeable up close, but just wanted to disclose all details, just reflects light a bit differently in that area of the stone. Beautiful ring✨

kiwisunshine Thank you @pureecstasy ! I am just selling, but thank you so much for the shares & likes and for taking a look at my closet! I have a big Sterling silver ring collection, most purchased from local artisans/jewelers, but I just haven't worn them as much, as my wedding ring is gold. Hoping to see them get new homes and worn again!

bokay51 @kiwisunshine glad you looked in my closet to see it. It was vintage had it for over 20 yrs. I believe I got a great price for it but 425.00 was crazy to see what she did. Has me thinking is poshmark a great place or not.

spokanistan hi, is this synthetic or natural (treated) doublet or triplet? thanks :)

kiwisunshine
kiwisunshine @spokanistan Hello, thank you for the interest in this ring & for checking out my closet :) I believe this is a natural Opal doublet, judging by the look of the stone compared to both synthetic Opal and natural opals that I have, however I am not 100% sure. I have had the ring for quite a while and do not remember the specifics about it.

kiwisunshine @spokanistan It has very rich coloration, but doesn't appear to have the uniform pattern which is typical in synthetics, which is why I believe it is natural. The back of the stone's setting does have a backing material indicative of a doublet. It does not appear to have a top cap, but that is just my observation. I didn't include all the specifics in the listing as I am not sure about them and haven't brought the ring to a jeweler to verify. I'm sorry I cannot give more definite information!

spokanistan ok, thanks for your response, could you please post a picture of the jeweler's mark/ metal mark?

kiwisunshine @spokanistan I have added another listing with additional photos and tagged you in it. Please let me know if you have any questions. I really do love this ring but have barely worn it since I got married as my ring is gold, so I've made a switch to gold. I would love for this ring to be worn & enjoyed again. Thank you again for the interest :)

shelbell76 Is the stone authentic?

kiwisunshine
kiwisunshine @shelbell76 I *believe* it is a natural Opal doublet, however I have not yet taken it to a jeweler to verify and cannot give a 100% answer!
