Ok I don't know who made this or why! I've held onto it but never used it. It has a vintage look to it but I will never call something vintage unless I am certain it is > 20 yrs old! The inside blue lining has some stains shown in interior pics. White handles and design show some minor discolorations, ink mark (pic) there are some minor scratches and a blue spot on "dress" (pic) Not perfect, not new but certainly unusual. Measures 12" L (body), strap drop approx 6 inches. Approx 2.75" wide.
