Is this true to size? I have a small waist but a big-ish butt. You look pretty thin as well. I'm usually anywhere from a 0 to a 4 in pants in various brands.

@clarewear in my honest opinion I feel this fits a size smaller. I'm typically a 2-4 (rarely 0 and 6 although not out of the question). The skirt is meant to be high waisted and it fits me perfectly. Not sure if that helps?

No that does help. I'm not a 6, and I'm only a 0 at Express (for some weird reason). I'm usually a 2 or a 4 so that is awesome news. I really love this skirt!!
