Mini sleeveless black fringe party dress or tank

This is the coolest thing I've ever bought and yet never wore! Ugh. I never had the guts! The fringes are so awesome the photos do not do it justice. When you have it on and lean back they cascade in this awesome fringe layer. It's super sexy. You could do opaque tights or leggings or skinny jeans or anything with this. Easy to dress up with gold or silver jewelry. I took the tags off but so sad I never wore it. Someone needs to give this tank/dress/whatever you choose a night on the town!
