cynthia66@franki does it cover the bum :) I am not sure if I would need a small or medium I want it to cover my bum and loose fitting. My chest is a 34 D but I am small framed also does the neck turn down like a turtleneck or is it a mock turtleneck? Sorry so many questions!

shopfrankisHi! @cynthia66 Yes, this is long enough to cover ! It can be turned down but its not a big turtle neck, I only have a medium or large left. But this can also be worn as a dress:) I wear the medium as a dress lol - hope that helps !
