coleyroleypoley @fravegaj it is washable on cold/gentle cycle in a garment bag. The brim stretches to stay put once its on. Fit is loose enough for dreads, but if your hair is super long i would make one longer for you. The yarn is very high quality, and is a wool/acrylic blend. One thing i should mention...the yarn doesn't shed, but small fibers sometimes can end up in your hair which may be hard to get out of locks.

coleyroleypoley I love this yarn so much, and haven't seen anything else with these color variations. I could make you one in a cotton blend (less likely to shed fibers in hair), but I've only seen solid colors in the really nice yarns of that type.

coleyroleypoley @fravegaj I'll make a new one for you. Can you measure the circumference of your head...where the brim of the hat will be? That way it will be sure to fit perfectly. Also, send me the lenghth you want(how far you want it to expand back). This one is fairly long, but i think you're looking for something longer.

coleyroleypoley @dorisates here is a slouchy hat with the same yarn. It would be 3$ extra for the heart or flower. Or I can make a more snug hat in this yarn with the design for $25 since it requires less yarn.

coleyroleypoley The gray one is about 20 inches without being stretched. It might work, but if you want, I can make you another that is 18 or 19 inches before stretching on the head.

coleyroleypoley this is the same stitching as the multicolored one! Exact hat, but open with a drawstring. For a kid's version in this yarn would be $25, but I won't be able to ship that until Monday since I'm out of this yarn.

coleyroleypoley The drawstring is so you can close it like a traditional hat. I like them both, but the drawstring makes it more versatile since you could wear it as a neck warmer or an open hat/long headband, too.

coleyroleypoley @kwsmilie Good morning! It was great to wake up and see all your comments ♥ I can make this hat in just about any color. If I make this with the yarn in the fingerless gloves you like, keep in mind it will be a lot thinner. It would be 39$ to use that yarn since it takes longer to make it (I use a pretty small hook since the yarn is not as heavy). A solid color (or a color block like the flower scarf you commented on) would be $28 for this hat or 25$ for the style of the pumpkin hat.

murphysmenz @fravegaj I'm a crocheter as well and I've never had any thing unravel when washing. You're best bet is to wash it in a zipped lingerie bag. Then you're assured it doesn't catch on anything else that you are washing.

coleyroleypoley @thundercat428 hello again! This yarn doesn't match the gloves since it's a heavier weight. I love this yarn, and actually wear one with solid colored gloves. When I wear color blend gloves, I wear a solid hat or headband.
