PMHQ grants this to poshers who've been outstanding members of the community, have a posh compliant closet, great sales & customer service. It usually takes months of being in the app, although with the sudden community's growth this has slowed down. You can also write PM support if you feel you're qualified. Good luck & happy poshing!
