Lovely Dress Barn black and off white / cream blouse. Cuffs were torn and i didn't notice when purchased at consignment shop. I wore this 3 times and never noticed until I did quality inspection Prior to listing. It truly is not noticeable when worn due to nature of the design being so flowy and roomy. Price reflects damage. Maurices skirt available in other listing. Discount offered for outfit purchase.
