mrsmita @shopeverything Yes, because the straps are adjustable and the waist part has an elastic so it should fit. I'm selling it because it's too small for me now. I can get it on and I'm usually a 2 petite. I can still get it on but it doesn't look right, it looks too small. I'd say it fits between a 00-0 best, could fit a 2 if your not busty and your slender. I have a big chest and am a little chubby.
