biancarenee@michjprieto Hi Michele! I think a 27" waist would be fine since this waistband stretches, however I definitely do not recommend anyone wearing these in FL! These are faux leather but they keep you warm. My BF lives in FL and I went to visit and omgsh these pants + FL humidity = 10lb weight loss. For sure!
