First, I have a small waist but my hips and booty are a little on the bigger side 😆 so is the waistband elastic because I plan on wearing it a little high? Also, is the red color you mentioned the "wine" color, or is it a true red? I would like a 27" waist ( if it is elastic) and probably 26.5" on the length... Just a bit shorter than you normally do.
