What is the measurement across the hips and/or bust? I'd love to get a sense of whether or not this hangs like a tunic or clings to the body. Thanks!

@retro_writer hi. Sorry it’s taken me so long to respond. I’ve been traveling. The bust is 19” from pit to pit, hip measurement is 20” and the full length is 26”.
