Halter Blue Mermaidback jeweled long flowing gown

GORGEOUS , simple silk like long and flowing GOWN . Tightens in the back and flows out at the bottom . Fish scale/water like pattern with small prints of pink turquoise lime green white and purple mixed . Halter like around the neck with with shaped shiny jewels and smaller beads going around the neck . Transparent back which slightly dips down and shiny jewels stitched on the back (slightly see through). Small zipper at the left side . I'm 5'3 and need heels to wear it so it's not dragging
