trishadenaej@mackenzielynn6 any foods that are whole foods which means as close to nature as possible. Like with your meats try to get grass fed and organic, and keep veggies in your diet, and also you need carbs! Good carbs are like steel cut oats, white rice, and sweet potatoes are the best for you, they actually help with weight loss! And water is very important. ATLEAST 1 gallon a day

trishadenaejYes I never drink Pop! I drink sweet tea though. But I'm not trying to lose I just want muscles so my diet isn't completely clean! It just depends on what your goals are :) you can check out my Instagram and I try to post a lot of workouts and tips on there! Oh and another thing, if you're trying to lose weight don't eat fruit late at night! Fruit isn't as good as people think it is. There's a lot of good to it, but there's also just a lot of sugar in it.

trishadenaej@steinfest yes, squats and a good diet will give you a booty for sure! A lot of people don't perform the squat right and that's why they don't feel it in their butt. But once you get it down, and train legs twice a week and have a good consistent diet, you will be amazed! Thank you for the sweet comments! πŸ’—
