saundie@bugsey2 ok here's the scoop, my pink restock hasn't come in like I thought. I just measured the small. With the elastic up on the shoulders the bust is 38" but with elastic off the shoulders it's 40" 🤔 waist is 36" hips are 47" soooo the bust is our problem unless you wear this off shoulder. And then if you get a medium the bottom half will be very full.
