@misty_blue5 yes these do fit❤️ (a bit snug now!!! Wore them in HS) I'm 5'4" Im not sure on normal or low rise, I can tell u they're about 2" under my belly button if that helps! And weight will probably not help u considering my top half is the heaviest hahaha!✌🏼️laying flat though they measure about 15 1/4" across

Thank you!!!! I wish I were shorter, I'm 5'7 and have long legs and need at a minimum of 34 inseam!!! Makes finding pants near to impossible!!!! I love these pants though!!!
