kemicat @softylee i think so absolutely.. I'm often on the small size of a large myself. the skirt is flared so great for wide hips and thick thighs. I'm a size 8 or 10 normally and sometimes even a 12 on the bottom. and i have pretty broad shoulders. i often have to get a large in more junior stores like forever 21
