I've been selling since February and it has been a wonderful experience with woman with similar minds like us, but I have unexpectedly come across others who have been mean, leave awful comments, etc. ~~they need to try EBAY.....as this is not a 'bargain hunting let's make deal ' type of place. @bellanblue I'm so glad to have seen this. It's one of my questions I have on a list for Poshfest. I've seen where they say not to ask buyers to leave feedback and such but 3 out of my last 5 sales have been to newbies who don't accept the items. I have had to wait the 4 days to get my money. It's frustrating because I spend time and money trying to get the item shipped that same day and packing it up all pretty, and even though I do eventually get paid, it'd be nice if it was appreciated.

@atomic_kitty set the listing to a high price, then you have to like the listing, then change to actual price. You will get notification so you will see if it's reduced. Keeping doing this until you get it. Sometimes it takes 3-4 attempts. Only when you get it, then tag buyer to buy.

So well said! It really bothers me when people complain about something they were aware of before the purchase or the item doesn't fit so they give a lower rating. I've described and measured an item for a buyer and she still gave me four stars because it didn't fit! Another girl gave me a one star because the item didn't fit her! ☹ ugh.

this is fantastic. i had some nut get pissed at me and then write crazy comments on some of my listings, including "why are you using Posh as a front for drug trafficking?" on one and "what did you put in the item you shipped me that made me break out in hives?". needless to say they were not following some posh rules in their own closet so i reported all "guilty" listings and reported them for harassment as well as blocked them. peeps be crazy!!

OMG THANK YOU! after having 40 Plus 5 star ratings? This one girl, after LOWBALLING and begging to get a 80$ dollar jacket for 15$, gives me a 1 star rating. Why?? BECAUSE OF SHIPPING! To add insult to injury? She said its horrible communication when I contacted HER to tell her I was in the hospital had just came out and was shipping late even apologized

Agreed. I've been outward rude| disrespectful once to another closet...I don't regret it all because it wasn't a direct attack at her product but the whole counterfeit cosmetics community. Love this and totally agree ! I had a girl write that I was buying from an app is never heard of and my stuff was bad quality - she had never purchased anything from me and was totally out of line.
This was my first experience like that and it still bothers me. I blocked her but it was just hurtful and I had five stars on that item from everyone.

I kindly informed another posher yesterday about posh etiquette and how its on the don't list to constantly ask everyone if they are interested. She deleted the listing and reposted. Obviously she didn't like that. I keep getting offers for HALF of the listing price.

Hi Jennifer. I need some advice.....I have someone that has messaged me about 40 times in 2 hours questioning me about different items in my closet. At first I was answering her questions, but then she asked about outside transactions and for me to text her. I do not want to give anyone my number and I don't do transactions outside of PM. LOVE this! I'm a baby Posher, but as my followers and sales are growing, I'm starting to come across the lowballers, "browsers" who act as if they're buying then disappear, and the ones who leave nasty comments. Nobody has time for that & it's just plain rude. MOST everyone has been incredibly nice & helpful to me while I learn. So I like to leave comments when I see things like this just letting you know I think it's great! Straight forward, but not rude in any way 😊

Hi there! You're like the Poshmark guru for me so thought I'd ask you about a shipping dilemma I have. So yesterday I sold an item but the shipping label didn't come so I used to app feature to resend it to me and I got it. I shipped the item but then after a couple of hours I got an email from Poshmark congratulating me on the sale and the tracking info is completely different.

Oddly I still haven't gotten the notification thanking me for shipping the item, which I did at around 11am & it's already almost 7pm. I'm afraid the wires aren't crossing somewhere. I contacted Poshmark support but am too impatient to wait a few days to hear back from them! Any idea what's going on? Thank you in advance!

@bellanblue omg this happened to me today! She just didn't like it so she made up a reason that the item was damaged and it was a men's item! I honestly didn't know there was men's clothing allowed.. Since I'm seen men posh before.. AND I clearly stated this was men's and then she is selling men's stuff in her closet... What a joke! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

When I purchase gifts for others from you it is heartwarming to see the delight in their faces...💕You are wonderful and I am sorry you have had someone express dissatisfaction...we aren't stores at the mall nor do we charge their prices. @bellanblue Have you ever had anyone harrass you on here? I had a girl start harrassing me this morning out of nowhere. She is now tagging all of these people on her personal page and they are harrassing me through her page. I have blocked them all, but they keep tagging me which I can see and so can the public. This is defamation and very upsetting. This is a group of seriously mean girls ganging up on me. 😞

Love this! Another one to add, unless I missed it, is just because I like something doesn't mean I want to get molested with a bunch of "do you want to buy it?, accepting all offers or I give great bundle discounts" messages! I like items for all different reasons but I tell ya there have been some closets I've considered un liking items because of all the messages I get about buying the item(s), it feels harassing & takes the fun out of things! No, but in each case I didn't ask about type of material or for measurements and I just reposhed. I also have bought things that once I got them I was so surprised because they were so amazing for the price.
As for Jen's site, she is honest, courteous, and I have found her clothing to be of the highest quality!

@bellanblue I personally would never hurt a sellers reputation even if I didn't like the item. Most of my three stars were completely unnecessary. I did next day shipping and she gave me a three star because shipping time could improve (I was highly confused on that comment). My daughter got a two star because she sold a $5 items and she didn't include something for free as the buyer requested. Happy poshing!!

@shannon_joyce hi there. my best advice is just to not say anything. steer clear of drama. we are not posh police so it's not our job to regulate posh rules. I've seen so many incidences where people are screamed at for saying something. i just try to mind my business and focus on improving my closet. let others do what they want. they will eventually get reported to posh. :)

I'm learning that many don't honor Posh etiquette at all. I think it is very rude when someone orders from you, but because the shoes don't fit as they like they don't accept the order when received. Not to mention that they sell merchandise also. Which means the seller has to wait the Posh waiting period for your money to be released. I know Posh is very big, but some things just shouldn't be tolerated.

I love this! You're my new favorite person!! Thx for all the shares earlier - I shared back! I'm starting to revive my closet & I just started purchasing wholesale. My daughters lost their father in January (my ex-husband who I was still very good friends with) & so they left college & moved home. As I'm disabled I needed a way to make some extra money for us & thought I'd give this a try! Fingers crossed!!☝🏻️🙏🏻
