mivana@rpelland hi! I'd say it's like a 2, but depends on how you like it to fit. A size 4 could wear it and it would be more fitted/shorter but a sz 0 could also wear it if she liked it looser and like a flowy romper. I'm in between and wore a 2 when I bought it.
