11thstreet@bcolell Hi Brianna the L best fits 8-10, there is nice stretch so I have had customers who wear a 12 also fit the skirt. I am not home today to measure, but I am between 5'4 and 5'5 wearing the skirt and it can be pulled up higher or lower for your personal length preference
