newyork222 Hi. Hope you had a great day! Measurement: 19.5” at bust, laid flat, armpit to armpit. Tape pulls to 20”, I say the seam is just under 20”. It does have some stretch, but I measured just flat. Length is 22”. I am nodding off (that’s a good sign!). Have an awesome day tomorrow. 🌻🌻🌻💌
