Nov 25Reply

smartposh@danielleafrantz In the process of wrapping your purse to ship and I realized that there was some minor damage to the outside of the bag on both the front and the back side. Since this bag was in very good condition when I listed it, I can only assume that the damage occurred while sitting on the shelf. I've added two photos above showing the issues. Please know that I'm very sorry, but I wanted to hear from you to see if you still want the bag, and to see how we should proceed.

Jan 07Reply

smartposh@danielleafrantz Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll get this wrapped up and out in the mail today. Thank you again.

kimberlyskornerHi my dear how are you I just wanted to tell you I was trying to share closet this morning and it's taking me to items that are sold I apologize because I know that I've heard that people hate when that happens I just want to let you know that I'm sorry I did not mean to do that hope you have a great day

Aug 24Reply

nebornandraisedWell hello stranger! It's Lynn (the pj/backpack fiasco).😜 I have a question I was hoping you could help me with. I ordered something from a seller, but she had to cancel the order because it was too heavy. I'd like to reorder some items, but they are marked "sold." How does the seller get rid of the sold icon so i can buy some of the same items again?

Sep 18Reply

smartposhHey Lynn, it's great to hear from you. Just tell the seller to create a new listing that includes all the things that you want and to mark it at the agreed upon price. Then you buy that listing. Problem solved. 😃

Sep 18Reply

smartposh@lricatdma see the comment above this one.

Sep 18Reply

nebornandraised@smartposh Thank you so much! I know I can always count on you whenever I need help!😁💟🌻

May 16Reply

smartposh@mullcj15 Thank you so much for accepting my offer. I thought about making a bundle and getting the other wallet too. I know I'll regret it if I don't. 😳

Jun 17Reply

courtneystyle82@smartposh I would be happy to offer a discount on the second wallet if you decide to go ahead and purchase it!

Jun 17Reply

smartposh@mullcj15 I just realized that we live in the same state. 😃 If I buy the 2nd one it would cost me in extra shipping. If I cancelled, the 1st one, and bundled them, can you give me a price?

Jun 17Reply

courtneystyle82@smartposh If you cancel the first and then bundle them, I'll give you both for $32

Jun 17Reply

smartposh@mullcj15 It won't let me cancel, because I bought it through the offer button. 😕 do you have other things to list? Maybe I can wait and see if you have anything else that I want and purchase then. Meanwhile, I'll just stay with my original purchase. 🎀

Jun 17Reply

courtneystyle82@smartposh ok! I'll be listing some more clothes and possibly some more accessories this evening

Jun 17Reply

smartposh@mullcj15 Thanks so much! 👍

Jun 17Reply

courtneystyle82@smartposh you're welcome! You might like the Kate Spade sunglasses I just listed 😎

Jun 17Reply

smartposh@mullcj15 I wish I could, but I can't wear anything except prescription sunglasses ever since my eyesight deteriorated.

Jun 17Reply

smartposh@maggiemaeloves I wanted to do so much more for you but was unable to due to an unexpected medical issue that was happening in the middle of this huge sale I was having, I'm not even sure if I included a note or a gift because my husband was helping me wrap and package everything so we could get it all done. So I really hope everything is alright. 🎀

Aug 10Reply

smartposh@maggiemaeloves Also, in the coming days and weeks I'll be adding some new items that will be part of this great sale, so there will be mire to choose from at a great price.

Aug 10Reply

maggiemaeloves@smartposh well, it was fantastic. Tell hubby thank you. I hope you are feeling better. And congratulations on the upcoming wedding. 💞

mariagrey1978@smartposh Hello! I apologize! Something went wrong earlier with your bundle! Poshmark makes it slightly difficult to go back and look at past activity but I don't think the free shipping kicked in on your bundle. Can you bundle again so I can correct that? I sincerely apologize!

Mar 02Reply

smartposh@olemisschik My daughter in law posted a photo on Facebook of what I gave her. I posted the photo here in this post in case you wanted to see. Poshmark has made me very popular with the girls in my life. 🎀😃

leonabThank you so much for the five star rating!! I’m so happy you like them!! They really are so pretty and the pictures don’t do them justice!😀. Oct 15Reply

smartposh@brittanyk18 Thank you for working with me on the price. 🎀

Oct 29Reply

weisbeck4I apologize I accidentally placed an order on your account. I am not sure how this happened. I am trying to work with customer service to get this resolved. Please do not ship the item I ordered.

Oct 29Reply

smartposh@weisbeck4 Your order was placed on Saturday and was shipped out this morning.

Oct 29Reply

smartposh@vrmagee I would like to make an offer on your sandals. Would you consider a bundle price for all 4 pair? Thanks. 🎀

Nov 03Reply

vrmagee@smartposh yes I would consider a bundle price

Nov 03Reply

smartposh@vrmagee Great, do you have a price in mind for all 4?

Nov 03Reply

vrmagee@smartposh what about $75 for all 4

Nov 03Reply

smartposh@vrmagee are they in good condition? I can’t see the bottoms.

Nov 03Reply

vrmagee@smartposh I’ll take a pic of all the bottoms

Nov 03Reply

smartposh@vrmagee awesome thank you

Nov 03Reply

smartposh@vrmagee You can do just one or two of the most used if you want to

Nov 03Reply

vrmagee@smartposh I just took pics of them all

Nov 03Reply

smartposh@vrmagee Thank you. Can you raise the price to $75, and then I’ll purchase them.

Nov 04Reply

vrmagee@smartposh ok thanks

Nov 04Reply

smartposh@vrmagee Thank you so much. I love this style and I’m so happy to find these in my size.

Nov 04Reply

smartposh@vrmagee Also, you might want to add the Brand to that coat. It will get better exposure. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, I’m always willing to help if I can.

Nov 04Reply

vrmagee@smartposh ok thank you for the advice

Nov 04Reply

smartposh@vrmagee it’s always best to add the brand name to your listings because it gets more exposure. You’ve got some great products. I’ll help you share them, because that gives you more exposure too. 🎀

Nov 04Reply

vrmagee@smartposh Thank you so much💕

Nov 04Reply

smartposh@vrmagee one more thing... you will need to delete that other listing for the Sandals. It popped up because you had 4 pair to sell, and the app doesn’t know that you sold all 4.

Nov 04Reply

smartposh@christinaselbe Hello there, I’d still like to purchase your umbrella if possible. Thank you.

Nov 23Reply

smartposh@alanstore Thank you so much for accepting my offer. My daughter will be very happy. 😃

Dec 28Reply

hillholly@smartposh Hi smartposh this Holly, I purchased the black apostrophe pants on 12/28 I was hoping you could mail it out today, because I need them Friday, please thank you

Jan 01Reply

smartposh@hillholly Hello Holly. I’m very sorry for the delay. I’m actually a fast shipper normally. However, I can’t remember where I put the pants. We had to pack our whole house up due to the Hurricane, and some things are still in storage. And since I can’t find these pants, I’m assuming they were part of the things that haven’t been brought back home yet. I assure you that I’m actively searching for them and will send them out ASAP. I’ll keep you updated. Again, I’m sorry for the delay. 🎀

Jan 01Reply

smartposh@hillholly Yay! My daughter just found the pants. I’m packaging them up now. 🎀

Jan 01Reply

smartposh@enaylor143 I’ve added the pictures above. 1st photo shows the damaged area with cuff turned all the way down. 2nd Photo is a different damaged area. 3rd Photo shows the damaged area covered because the cuff isn’t pulled all the way down.

May 19Reply

amber2286Hello fellow Posher! Congrats on your BIG WIN!!!! That’s so exciting, I won a few months ago and got some great deals. My best advice is check to see when the Poshmark credit expires and be smart with your free money. Be sure to “bundle” stuff from a few closets or even one would be great. You just want to save money on shipping so “bundle” items is the way to go. Also, I’m running a huge special “50 percent off my ENTIRE closet”. Happy Poshing ❤️❤️❤️

smartposh@pinapple16 The dress was freshly laundered the day it was listed which was less than a week ago, not to mention, mine is a smoke free home, and always has been. I’m sorry that you thought the tag was an issue, it never occurred to me that it would effect the integrity of the dress. You could have opened up a case, I would have gladly accepted a return.

Aug 22Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 I want to thank you for forwarding the shirt to the right buyer. From my end it appears that he still hasn’t shipped yours and I’ve reached out to him 3 times. I’m so sorry for this mess. We were trying to get ready for a direct hit from the Hurricane and in my rush I failed you. After 4 years on Posh, I can tell you that this is embarrassing ‘cause I pride myself on organization. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Again, I apologize.

Sep 17Reply

dylancole06@smartposh you’re welcome, I totally understand the mix up. I hope you were safe during the hurricane. I’m just hoping that he ships my order out. If he doesn’t would I be refunded?

Sep 17Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 Yes you will be refunded but I’m not sure when because poshmark controls that. But I don’t think they will wait much longer.

Sep 17Reply

janfastHi there! Thanks for following my closet!😊

Sep 23Reply

dylancole06@smartposh hi there, just wondering if you have any updates about the other buyer shipping out my order?

Sep 26Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 Not a word, and I checked on it today and was surprised that poshmark hadn’t intervened yet.

Sep 26Reply

dylancole06@smartposh when I click on the case it says resolved on the bottom. Wonder if that’s why?

Sep 26Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 I think it says resolved because all parties were contacted, but it hasn’t been resolved to my knowledge. Did poshmark refund your money yet?

Sep 26Reply

dylancole06@smartposh I don’t believe so but let me double check.

Sep 26Reply

dylancole06No refund.

Sep 26Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 That’s what I figured. I left another message for the guy, but I don’t think it will do any good. I’ll go ahead and write PM and see if they will go ahead and refund you. I honestly thought they would have by now.

Sep 26Reply

dylancole06@smartposh thanks for your help. Just bummed that he never shipped it out for me.

Sep 26Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 I just sent PM a massage asking them to close this case out. Hopefully they will answer me soon. When they do, I’ll let you know. Again, I’m so so sorry.

Sep 26Reply

dylancole06@smartposh thank you

Sep 26Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 Same here. I’ve actually been the recipient of a package that wasn’t meant for me. In my case the seller printed the same label twice so I got my order and someone else’s order. I knew immediately what had happen. I contacted the seller and poshmark and they sent me a shipping label. I actually wrapped it up pretty and put a note and a gift before sending it off because the original seller had just thrown it in a box. I just assume that other folks would do the right thing too.

Sep 26Reply

dylancole06@smartposh that was nice of you. Unfortunately not everyone is like that I guess. And I was worrying about getting his shirt sent out as soon as possible. Hoping he would do the same for me.

Sep 27Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 At least our conscience is clear. 👍

Sep 27Reply

smartposh@dylancole06 I got a message today that said that poshmark has refunded you and they have closed the case. Did you get a message too?

Sep 28Reply

dylancole06@smartposh hi, yes I did get the message and received a refund. Thank you

smartposh@rosahur482 Hello, I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know that I accidentally sent you the wrong J. Jill shirt. However, I did send the correct shirt and it will be a day late. Please accept my apologies. The tops were so similar that I grabbed the wrong one. 😳 🌸

May 13Reply

smartposh@rosahur482 Good morning, just reaching out to make sure that you got the correct shirt. 🌸

May 16Reply

smartposh@rosahur482, Do you still have the J. Jill shirt that I sent you by accident? There is a lady that is interested in buying it from you. If so, please let me know and I can put you two in touch. Thank you.

preppy22@smartposh Hi just wanted to let you know that I got a Kendra Scott necklace & earring set if interested I can give you an offer with a shipping discount let me know 😊

Feb 24Reply

smartposh@preppy22 Hi there! Thank you for letting me know. Is it that heart set that you have listed?

Feb 24Reply

preppy22@smartposh Yes it is 😊

Feb 24Reply

smartposhLooks like it sold already. I like the larger pieces, like the one I bought from you last week. I don’t know the name of them though

Feb 24Reply

preppy22@smartposh Hi sorry that the Kendra Scott set sold but I don’t know if you are interested in anything Kate Spade I have a pair of Kate Spade hoop earrings let me know I will put them up if interested so no one buys them before you get a chance to see 😊

Feb 25Reply

smartposh@preppy22 You could list the cost pretty high, or you could list it ‘not for sale’ when you create the listing. (It’s right under where you put how much you want for it. Just switch “For Sale” to Not for sale”.). I can look at it and let you know right away. I’ve never worn the hoops before and I’d like to see them.

Feb 25Reply

preppy22@smartposh Ok I just put them up and listed them not for sale so you could see 😊

Feb 25Reply

smartposh@preppy22 Thank you so much. I do like them but I think they will be a bit much for my ears. I think I would want a more thinner hoop. Just out of curiosity, how much would you take for them?

Feb 25Reply

preppy22@smartposh I would take 28 with 4.99 shipping 😊

Feb 25Reply

preppy22@smartposh If you change your mind let me know 😊

Feb 25Reply

smartposh@preppy22 That is a great price. I was considering for my daughter, but now that I think of it, she is a bit picky and I don’t know for sure what styles she likes. I know they will be sold very quickly and Thank you for giving me a sneak peek. Please consider me again when you have another Kate spade.

Feb 25Reply

preppy22@smartposh Of course I will definitely let you know when I get anymore 😊

Feb 25Reply

misslola_Thank you for sharing! Happy sales 🌹❤️

stephcola3510I was so excited to receive the Lola dress.I’m a small in My Lilly dresses but this looked slim fitting so sized up to medium . I could not get dress on. It must be mismarked from a small or XS. Your bust measurements are off by an inch. Before I contact customer service I wanted to see if I could send this back for a refund .I’d prefer not to give you bad rating but cannot wear this dress. I’ll give you a day to respond . Customers rely on proper measurements when buying without trying on.

Jul 07Reply

stephcola3510It’s me again , the Bust and hip measurements on the Lola dress measure between an XS & a Snsll on the Lilly chart. This is definitely mismarked. I’m so disappointed! Please reply as I’d like to give you the chance to Make this right before I contact customer service . Thank you

Jul 07Reply

smartposh@stephcola3510 Hello There. Sorry it took so long to respond. I’ve been getting medical test done all day and just walked in the door. I’m very sorry to hear that the dress doesn’t fit you, and of course I’ll make it right. Just open a case and Poshmark will take it from there. 🌸
