Slinky, super stretchy LBD with a cowl neck and halter. Dress has folded fabric design so please look closely and let me know if you want to see different pics. Ruching on the sides of the dress. Measurement taken with item laying down flat. Back length 19". For reference I am just under 5'3". Hand wash, 96% polyester, 4% spandex.
