@kaybrowe Hi! I would say more loose- not like your standard khaki or jean short would fit in thighs anyway. The material is like a light weight seer sucker and also has the "roll-up" bottoms so they can be rolled higher or lower. Please let me know if you're interested.. They are awesome shorts.. Just don't fit me!☺️💕
