chanelswaggeb@mckenziekay7 thanks for checkin out my closet... Thats not a dumb question at all... Yes this is for a small waist, I wore this belt when i wore a 24/25 jean size comfortably now I'm a 26/27 although it still fits because it's many holes it's a bit to snug for me
