@lilyscarlett hello! Thanks for your patience. I’ve been so sick and finally feeling human again 😟 it is ~18.5” across when you stretch the elastic. However, I would not recommend stretching this much due to the material and losing the shape of the skirt. It’s ~15” across at rest. Hope this helps!
