From Forever 21's discontinued higher quality line "Twelve by Twelve LA". This gorgeous higher waisted miniskirt has some of the most unique and well placed details of any of the pieces I have for sale. The center front exposed zipper is flanked by pleased grosgrain ribbon along with contour ribbon detailing on the front and sides. The two tone pinstripe detailing is a burnt chocolate and tan and the skirt is completely lined. Worn once. 14" waist , 19" hips and 16.5" length while laid flat.
