Blue and Green Summer Dress

This dress looks and feels amazing. The soft fabric is printed with a watercolor painting of blue flowers. The dress also has a cute keyhole opening in the front and halter ties to keep it up. Only flaw is that one side of the tag is loose. Width: (under bustline) 12in Length: 30in
