sbk2015 @godiva89 hello, sorry for the very slow response. It is a great backpack. I wanted to keep it lol! Did you see the pics with the leather finish issue? I buy a lot of Kors backpacks, this one is my favorite-but I have never seen that finish problem before. I bought the bag over 5 months ago. I didn't sell it for the longest time because I wanted to see if the leather would actually get worse. It didn't, it actually got better- It's harder to see!

I do have a black coach backpack but is missing the pull that goes on the zipper, although I put a fob on our and use it to open it.
