Just wanted to show everyone the differences in an authentic MAC lipstick and a FAKE! Authentic Mac lipstick boxes have the name of the color printed on them with no lot numbers following (AB5 or A62) these numbers always change. You will find the corresponding lot number on top of the sku on the side of the box. When opening a real mac lipstick cases are metal (or metal like) at the base, fakes are plastic and have a seam.

Authentic Mac lip colors that are in special packaging will sometimes have labels on the box with the name of the color.

Thanks for doing this! I have seen a lot of sketchy fake eyeliners on here too. Counterfeits cause infection, people! Buy authentic ONLY!! 👏👏👏
