nusparkle@n1c0ll Hi! Because it's a romper..I can't clearly define waist/hips when it's on the hanger. But an easy/non tugging stretch is 43 inches. Because its off the shoulder the bust is difficult too; but easy/non tugging stretch is 40inches. Its 6% spandex
