bellanblue @alexisdickey sweetie i only have size large left but it runs small. the bust is open since it's a halter style, waist is elastic, laying flat its 12" but has good stretch, length from the highest park of the romper not including tie part is 27". lmk if that works. it's my last one. it's super cute. :)
