1111mimosatree @kfaidell Ok so laying flat , measuring straight across one way is 14" ( 28 total ) and fully stretched is 20" (40 total ).

kfaidell Thanks so much for the quick response. I love the navy but wanted to ensure the 10 wouldn't be too big. I'm generally an 8 (29" waist. 34" bust, 39" hips). I'm worried it still might be a bit big

kfaidell I was able to find a size chart for Emma & Michele and it looks like an 8 would be best. If you ever get a size 8 in this dress, pls tag me. I'd love to add this to my closet at home 😊

1111mimosatree @kfaidell I certainly will let you know ! So far I've only been able to get this color in size 10 . I do have the same dress in a gorgeous coral color , size 8 , but that's a far cry from navy colored LOL Have a wonderful day Kimberly !! :-)
