It is stretchy in the waist and relaxed fit all the way to the hem. MEDIUM IS W: 28-30, H: 40... LARGE W: 28-30, H: 42. Overall length is about 42 inches depending on how you fold the waistband and placement at natural waist or lower on the hips.
