Only difference is the bust measurement but I notice this dress is more loose fitting than the one I have. I'm thinking a small instead of medium if it's loose in the bust area. I'm 5' (will need to wear wedges or get it hemmed), size 4 and 34c (strapless bra.) what do you think?
