ssodano @kcapitanio I agree Forever21's apparel sizes vary, but I'd say this cut runs pretty true to size! As you can see, I am modeling the skirt in the third photo collage. I am 5'4", about 115 lbs, & usually wear a size 0-1 / 24-25 in pants for reference. I hope that helps!
