@freudianslipper The measurements of the dress are as follows: armpit to armpit: 34-38 inches (but that's below the bust the bust can accommodate much more than that by loosening the halter straps. The waist is 33-37 inches. The fabric has some stretch. The hips are free since under the waist the skirt is a circle skirt.
