Black strapless tulle dress with a tea-length skirt. Ruched elastic bodice designed to stay in place. Layered tulle over lining with subtle tutu-style volume at the hem. Condition: worn once and dry cleaned. Minor flaws include light pulling and a small area inside the inner tulle layer (shown in photos). Not noticeable when worn. Ribbon belt shown in first photo is not included. Great for homecoming, cocktail events, semi-formal dances, performances, or retro-inspired looks. Measurements available upon request.🩵
