Cute navy and white seersucker shorts from Loft. Worn once and in excellent condition. 6 in inseam. 98% cotton/2%spandex and definitely have some stretch. Size 8, but Run large in my opinion. Best for size 10 and could be a tighter fit for size 12. Measurements laid flat waist :17 1/2 inches; hip 20 1/2.
