vivacouture @goodtimes3 hello ! I wear a 36DD and it works well for me ! I measured flat for you - armpit to armpit it is 18" but stretches a lot and can stretch past 21" and the hips are approx 23 " and it is a slight flare . It's a rayon and spandex material so very stretchy and soft ! Let me know if that helps ? Thank you

I have a medium myself and because of my hips and my arms not being in the best shape I needed the extra fabric lol ! So let me know I can try to answer other questions happily thanks
