wintopia @sshong9629 not a big deal - it's a beautiful jacket but I am extra petite... 5"3 and under 105 pounds. :P really love this and will probably try wearing it with a sweater underneath in the meantime.

wintopia @lindsayfranks, yes. Updated with pictures. Sorry that took so long- I wasn't home this weekend. The ruffles sit about a few inches too low for my tastes but might be ok for someone taller or in heels. Probably a personal preference too.
